The 17th TCU International e-Learning Conference (IEC2026) and the 5th International Conference on Educational Communication and Technology (ICTAECT2026) are leading international forum that brings together researchers, practitioners, and educators from around the world. Convening from August 6–7, 2026, at the Asia Hotel Bangkok in a hybrid format, it serves as a vital platform for sharing knowledge and discussing key issues in online learning and educational innovation. This year’s conference centers on the timely theme, “Resilient Minds: AI and Online Learning for Uncertain Times.”The conference focuses on diverse and highly relevant topics, including human-centered AI, the evolution of global MOOCs, digital learning ecosystems, and mindfulness computing. Co-organized by TCU, ThaiAECT, and AIAT, the event features seven world-class keynote sessions delivered by esteemed international experts from various universities.Attendees have the unique opportunity to explore online teaching solutions from various industries, witness the prestigious Thai MOOC Award Ceremony, and engage in insightful panel discussions led by international and national leaders, including Coursera.
