These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TCU International e-learning Conference website and services. By creating an account or registering for an event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Event Registration & Payment

• You must hold a registered account before registering for any event.
• Registration is confirmed once any applicable fees have been completed.
• Tickets and badges are personal and may not be transferred without our consent.

3. Paper Submissions

If you submit a paper, you confirm that the work is your own and does not infringe the rights of others. You grant us permission to process, review, and (where accepted) publish your submission in the conference proceedings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, except user-submitted material, is owned by or licensed to TCU International e-learning Conference and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCU International e-learning Conference shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
